Press Release Body = Jennifer Kaiser sued Jason\'s Deli in Woodlands after she bit
down on a bolt while munching her salad from the deli\'s self-service salad bar. As
everyone might know, nuts are commonly put in salads as toppings. However, from the
turn of events that happened to Kaiser, it may be considered that the deli failed to
stow the bolts.

Los Angeles, July 13, 2007 - Kaiser filed charges of personal injury against the
Deli Management Inc. or Jason\'s DeliJefferson County District Court last July 9,
2007. Judge Gary Sanderson of the 60th Judicial District was assigned to handle the
case.

The original petition of the plaintiff was on Nov. 8, 2005 declaring that Kaiser
went to dine at the Jason\'s Deli located at Woodlands. She ordered a meal of her
choice and proceeded to the self-service salad bar.

The suit further declared that without knowing it, the salad, which the plaintiff
had purchased, was contaminated with a foreign object. She later identified this
foreign object as a bolt. Unfortunately, the plaintiff bit down on this bolt and
caused her substantial injury that may cause her a lifetime of suffering.

The lawsuit further states that Kaiser is presently receiving care administered by a
specialist in the management of chronic pain. This special treatment is an attempt
to control the pain and suffering she is feeling as a result of biting down on a
bolt.

The lawsuit has three counts which claims that the defendant has been negligent,
committed Breach of Warranty and has strict liability for the incident.

The damages being demanded hopes to compensate for the plaintiff\'s significant
disabilities, impairment, mental anguish and physical pain sustained. Aside from
such, she has also suffered from loss of income and gained considerable medical
bills. Thus, damages must also extend up into the future for Kaiser\'s security.
